About me

I’ve been joyfully immersed in the world of music since the days of my childhood while growing up surrounded by music, through the time of studying music, composing, playing piano in a big band and working in various roles such as a music producer, arranger, presenter or artistic director.

I am passionate about the transformative power of music and look forward to collaborating on new projects to continue exploring its endless possibilities.

Cofounder and artistic director @ Arts and Entertainment Academy O&M / 2012 to 2022

Throughout my years in the Akademija zabave i umetnosti O&M (Academy O&M), I have held numerous roles such as a music author and artistic director, overseeing the preparation and execution of theater productions including All That Show, Annie Jr., On Glass Feet, Disney’s Peter Pan Jr., and various concerts at esteemed venues such as the Youth Theater, Synagogue, Studio M, Museum of Contemporary Art, Cultural Center of Novi Sad, Serbian National Theater, Madlenianum, and Zadužbina Ilije M. Kolarca in Belgrade, among others.

In addition, my team and I had the privilege of participating in one of the most prominent cultural events in our hometown, Novi Sad – European Capital of Culture 2022, with our project CulturEssence – additional information can be found at this link here>.

Composer, piano player, music producer / 1995 to 2012

Composer and arranger, seasoned piano and keyboard player of the big band, TV and Radio shows author and music editor, back vocal singer and music producer.

Education

Following the completion of my piano studies at the esteemed “Isidor Bajić” High School of Music, I went on to earn a master’s degree in academic composition at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, (Mentors: Z. Mulić, S. Šuklar, R. Bruči, M. Štatkić).



Instrumental music

As a music composer, I have had the honour of presenting my compositions at distinguished institutions, including the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, the International Tribune of Composers in Paris, and the Tribunes of Composers in Novi Sad and Belgrade.
My work extends to a diverse range of mediums, from symphony orchestra, chamber orchestra, and various duets, to music for theatre plays, musicals, and radio and TV shows.

Choral music

My compositions, covers of renowned authors and choir arrangements have been featured in the regular repertoire of professional choirs in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, various European countries and in USA, and have been included in their CD releases, which I have also produced.

Kids & youth festivals

I’m an accomplished author and manager of musical workshops, leading successful programs across the country. I’ve also led a workshop at the prestigious “Europa Cantat” festival in Pécs (Hungary) in July 2015, titled “Workshop for Conductors and Composers – Musicals for Children and Youth” for educators, composers and conductors from across the globe. As a composer and arranger, I’ve won prizes at many music festivals for children and youth. Additionally, I’m involved in organizing music festivals locally and abroad.

Film & theatre

With many years of experience in the BIG BAND RTNS, I’ve honed my skills in playing piano and keyboards, as well as composing and arranging music for the orchestra. My work has fuelled a deep passion for film, orchestral, and instrumental music. Notably, my composition was featured in the Cannes Film Festival selection of short films, and I also composed the full score for “Sav taj Show,” the first original musical in Serbia for children and youth.

TV & radio

As an accomplished author and editor, I have had the pleasure of creating my own TV and radio programs for children and young people, which featured my original compositions for the show’s credits and jingles. Additionally, I am also the creator of various radio and TV advertisements.
